I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Palermo. The location was extremely convenient, being very close to the train station with regular services to Palermo Centrale. This made it easy for me to explore the city without having to worry about navigating through busy traffic. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money I received at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, and the attention to detail in the rooms with a kitchen was impressive. It was great to have the option to cook my own meals and there was even a grocery store conveniently located next door. The basic amenities provided were all I needed for a comfortable stay, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, excellent prices, and attention to detail.
All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.

Perfect location to see Palermo attractions without driving. Villa Scaduto is about 300m easy level walk to the train station and one stop from Palermo Centrale. They have an off street parking. Range of decent waterfront restaurants in the nearby Aspra, an easy 2 minute drive.
There is a bit of a traffic noise, but nothing excessive. Closed windows take care of that. 4 star rating is probably excessive

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices that included basic amenities such as a kitchenette in the rooms. Secondly, the location was very convenient, being very close to the train station and within walking distance to a restaurant just across the street. Lastly, the staff provided exceptional service, being friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were truly impressed.
All aspects of our stay were just perfect.

the staff was very friendly and willed to help, though they aren´t well english speakers. daily cleaning and continental breakfast with good coffee, surprising for italy.
the toilet lid was defect and was not repaired after reclamation, but it worked - however, it´s weak for a 4star hotel

The rooms were very clean with a well equipped kitchenette. The English speaking staff were very helpful and kind.
When we called from Palermo airport and asked the hotel the best way to get there, they suggested a 2+ hour train ride which required changing trains in Palermo. (The airport is around 45 min. from the hotel by car.) We found out later that they used a driver that charged 35 euro to take guests from the hotel to the airport. We ended up paying 80 euro for a taxi to take us there. It seems like the hotel could offer their driver for travelers on arrival as well. It would have been greatly appreciated.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel for such a reasonable price. The breakfast may not cater for those who enjoy a full English, but the Italian pastries were delicious. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located for train travel and public transport. The secure, off-road parking was a real bonus, and the room was equipped with a handy kitchenette.
The hotel is located in quite a busy built-up area, but once inside it was very quiet. The hotel room had limited natural light, and as a result, was quite dark and required the use of electrical light during the day. Additionally, whilst the room was a decent size, the bed wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a convenient location near the train station for our business trip. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety offered at breakfast, with both traditional sweet items and continental savoury items. It was a great way to start our day.
Although the hotel was conveniently located near the train station, the surrounding area was a little disappointing, particularly compared to some of the nicer spots nearby. The parking, although secure, was quite tight and difficult to manoeuvre.

The private parking was a bonus and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was well-located for transport, with good links to Palermo through the nearby train station, and plenty of parking available. There were also convenient options for dining, with a restaurant nearby. the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, as noted by other guests.
The surrounding area was not very attractive and had issues with waste disposal, which detracted from the overall impression.
